Feedback, chapter two

I received feedback from Fréderic Baert:

- The research question links up with the target group around a product, brand, service or organisation.

- Do some extra research into your non-profit organisation.

- The research question is still very vague. What exactly do you want to do? What exactly do you want to achieve? Make sure you work this out well, because this will be very important.
